FULL Description
LaunchPad, a program of the Village Community Foundation, creates access and opportunity in the entertainment, sports and finance industries for young adults that face barriers. Our program uplifts participants with career discovery, experiential learning, internship and job opportunities. With over 500 lifetime participants and 1,700 program service hours LaunchPad is a force for good in the lives of our young adults. And with 50 internships at marquee companies like Netflix, Paramount, and Morgan Stanley we agents of upward economic mobility and life-changing career opportunities.
